The Jade Rabbit from Betty form China

 

This shaped beautiful magical bunny postcard came to me from Betty from China thanks to rabbit/bunny tag on official postcrossing forum. This postcard should promote Mid-Autumn Festival in China which is simply Chinese harvest festival held on the 15th day of the eighth month in the Chinese calendar, during a full moon, which is in late September or early October in the Gregorian calendar. There is also following information on the reverse of the card: "The Jade Rabbit was sent to the Palace to alleviate Chang Er's sorrowful solitude. It was busy all day long, pestling medicinal materials in efforts to concoct a pill that could help the goddess return to Earth. However, it never succeed".
